U.S. and Mexican meeting participants 'build bridges' at the 8th Learning Community in Las Cruces The BPP believes that our strength as a partnership is found not only in the common values shared by our members, but in the collaborative approaches they employ in doing their work.  BPP programs aim to  increase collaboration between members through facilitating peer exchanges, networking and learning events.  Our strength as a partnership is discovered through increasing members capacity to work together collaboratively and exposing successful models of collaboration that are being carried out all along the region.  The relationships built through these collaborative efforts  strengthen the philanthropic community of the border at a local and regional level.
